Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’s Day 8 Box Office Collection: Salman Khan starrer movie fares poorly
On the eighth day of its release, ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ failed to attract a significant audience on its second Friday, resulting in poor box office collection. However, the Salman Khan starrer family entertainer still has a week to improve i...

On Friday, the film's occupancy rate in the Hindi market was a meager 9.64%, resulting in net collection of less than Rs 2 crore. After a solid opening weekend of Rs 68.17 crore and a double-digit collection on its first Monday (Rs 10.17 crore), the film's collections began to dwindle on Tuesday, earning only Rs 6.12 crore. The numbers continued to decline on Wednesday (Rs 4.25 crore) and Thursday (Rs 3.50 crore).
Despite the film's lackluster performance, it still has another week to recover, as there are no major Hindi releases scheduled in the near future. Even the release of Mani Ratnam's "Ponniyin Selvan 2" on Friday is unlikely to affect its market.
"Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan" seems to be Salman’s fifth consecutive film that has failed to deliver big numbers at the box office. The last time he managed to deliver a blockbuster was in 2017 with "Tiger Zinda Hai," which earned Rs 339.16 crore during its theatrical run.
Industry experts are now pinning their hopes on the third installment of the Tiger franchise, "Tiger 3," which is expected to release later this year. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the action-thriller stars Emraan Hashmi as the antagonist, with Katrina Kaif playing the female lead.
