Khushi Kapoor to make her Bollywood debut alongside Aamir Khan's son Junaid Khan in ‘Love Today’ remake

Khushi Kapoor is going to make her Bollywood debut with Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan in the ‘Love Today’ remake directed by Pradeep Ranganathan. According to the reports, the actors readily agreed to the movie and were pleased with the roles offered to them.

The movie is an adaptation of the Tamil movie ‘ Love Today’ which was released in 2022. The original movie is a romantic comedy starring Ivanna, Pradeep Ranganathan and Raveena Ravi. This movie was written and directed by Pradeep, who made his acting debut with this movie.

The Tamil ‘Love Today’ is also based on Pradeep’s short film ‘App (a) Lock.’ Pradeep explained about the changes he made in his short film to make it a mainstream film. While the short film had only three characters, the movie has more characters like Pradeep’s mother and sister. The film essays the family’s emotional trials and has a wedding backdrop too to make it more appealing to the masses.


The ‘Love Today’ remake is Junaid Khan’s second Bollywood movie. He debuted with ‘Maharaja’ directed by Sidharth P. Malhotra’, where he played the role of a journalist. Junaid also appeared in the web series ‘Pritam Pyare’
