The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is expected to announce the KCET Result 2026 shortly, although the authority has not officially confirmed the exact date yet. More than 3.3 lakh students who appeared for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test are now waiting for the scorecards and rank list. Several reports suggest that the KCET 2026 result may be announced in the last week of May, following last year’s timeline. In 2025, the Karnataka Higher Education Minister M. C. Sudhakar declared the results on May 24.


This year, the exams were conducted from April 22 to April 24. Kannada language examination was held first, followed by Physics and Chemistry papers on April 23 and Mathematics and Biology exams on April 24.

KEA recently completed KCET marks verification process

Ahead of the result declaration, KEA had asked students from CBSE, CISCE and other state boards to upload their Class 12 marks through DigiLocker integration. The process was linked to preparation of the final merit list and rank calculation.

KEA also extended the document verification deadline for some candidates whose claims were still pending verification.
