The Karnataka Examination Authority is all set to begin the process of document verification of the Undergraduate Common Entrance Test (UGCET or KCET 2022) which was conducted in August 2022. The detailed schedule and list of documents required for the verification has been published on the official website, kea.kar.nic.in and cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea.

According to the schedule, the document verification process will take place from 22nd August till 7th September. The document verification of nearly 5,000 students will take place on each day, in three shifts till the final rank is reached.

On the first day, (22nd August), candidates from rank 1 till 1800 will get their documents verified in the morning shift (from 9:30 am till 11 am) and they are required to report at 8:45 am for it. In the forenoon shift, candidates with ranks from 1801-3600 will get their documents verified (from 11:15 am till 1:15 pm). Finally, those ranking from 3601-5000 will get their documents verified from 2 pm onwards.


KCET Counselling 2022: List of documents required

  1. KCET 2022 application form.
  2. KCET 2022 admission ticket.
  3. SSLC/Class 10 pass certificate (for date of birth verification)
  4. 2nd PUC/Class 12 marks sheet
  5. 7 years' study certificates from Class 1 to 12 (including either Class 10 or 12)
  6. Caste/caste income certificate
  7. And other relevant documents.
