Kartik Aaryan expresses gratitude to Kangana Ranaut for recognising him as a self-made celebrity

Salman Khan led the celeb roll call at the ‘Uunchai’ premiere night. Keeping it simple and casual, the ‘Dabangg’ star went for the tried and tested yet reliable jeans and T-shirt combination. He sported a classic blue ripped denim, a dark blue full-sleeved shirt and black shoes.

Though Amitabh Bachchan was MIA from the grand screening, his wife Jaya Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan marked their attendance. Jaya Bachchan picked a ravishing green saree, which had a delicate silver embroidery work at the border, while, Jr Bachchan looked dapper in a semi-formal look. He wore a formal-cum-casual black suit and white sneakers.

Cousins Rani Mukerji and Kajol choose the colour pink for their evening outfits. The ‘Mardaani 2’ star made an appearance in a pink silk saree with light embroidery on its border. To complete her look for the evening, she flaunted pink-blush make-up, a silver bindi and loose hair with wavy curls. Kajol, on the other hand, wore a magenta top, black pants and stilettos in the same colour.

Another A-lister who attended the screening of ‘Uunchai’ was Kangana Ranaut. The ‘Thalaivii’ actress opted for an Indian look. She looked dreamy in a baby-pink saree with an off-white blouse. The Bollywood diva wore a choker diamond necklace to complete her look and left her curly hair open.

Besides the stunning-looking celebrities, another thing which caught the attention of the paparazzi was the way Jaya Bachchan refused to greet Kangana Ranaut. However, Abhishek Bachchan exchanged warm greetings with the actress.

For the occasion, Madhuri Dixit looked beautiful in a sequenced golden co-ord set. The actress’ outfit includes a sleeveless buttoned top and wide shimmery pants with the same colour and print.

Riteish Deshmukh also attended the screening of Suraj Barjatiya’s ‘Uunchai’. For his premiere movie night look, the Bollywood actor chose a casual white shirt, semi-formal black pants and off-white loafer shoes.

Shehnaaz Gill, who rose to fame after her stint at ‘Bigg Boss 13’ attended the movie screening in a blue jumpsuit with balloon-like sleeves. After the screening, the Punjabi singer got emotional and said that she cried throughout the film.

Akshay Kumar and Boman Irani co-incidentally colour-coordinated for the evening. While the ‘Khiladi' star opted for a blue-checked hoodie and denim, the ‘Uunchai’ actor chose a formal look for himself. Boman Irani looked graceful as ever in his blue coat and pants suit.
