Karan Aujla announces new Mumbai concert after 'worst concert' row with free entry for March 3 fans; Check prices for new buyers, more

After facing criticism over his Mumbai concert, global Punjabi sensation Karan Aujla has announced an additional show in the financial capital, offering complimentary tickets to fans who attended the Holi event on March 3.

Special gift for Mumbai fans

All original ticket holders from the March 3 Mumbai concert at MMRDA Grounds will receive complimentary access to the April 12 concert.


Eligible ticket holders will receive a fresh ticket on the same registered mobile number or email ID used for the original purchase, closer to the event date. The new tickets will appear in the profile section of the District by Zomato app. Wristbands will need to be collected from the box office, and more details will be shared closer to the show.

GA and VIP ticket holders will receive Silver category access. Fan Zone Left and Fan Zone Right ticket holders will receive Gold category access. P Pop Pit ticket holders will receive the same P Pop Pit category access. King of Good Times Lounge ticket holders will receive the same Lounge category access, including full hospitality benefits as originally committed.

For upgrades, users who wish to change their ticket category can contact District customer support. The price difference will be collected and new tickets will be issued.

To ensure smooth on-ground access and a seamless entry experience, all ticket holders should arrive by 5 PM IST and no later than 7:30 PM IST. Ticket holders must keep their QR codes ready on the District by Zomato app when arriving at the box office. A valid government ID may be required for verification at the venue, and screenshots will not be accepted for entry. Access at the venue will correspond to the ticket category displayed on the ticket in the app.

When will the tickets go live?All tickets for Karan Aujla P Pop Culture India Tour – Mumbai 2.0 will be available exclusively on District by Zomato, the official ticketing partner for the tour.

What happened on March 3?

While the "Wavy" hitmaker thrilled fans in Delhi during his P-Pop Culture World Tour, his recent show in Mumbai sparked strong reactions online, with many fans expressing their "disappointment" over the event's arrangements.

The singer kicked off the India leg with a show in Delhi on 28 February at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Aujla captivated the crowd with some of his most popular songs, including Softly, Tauba Tauba, Gangsta, Boyfriend, and 52 Bars.

After the Delhi show, Karan performed in Mumbai on March 3 at a Holi-themed daytime concert. A large number of fans gathered to celebrate Holi and enjoy the music. However, after the show, many fans shared videos online, saying they were "disappointed."

While some fans alleged that sprinklers were only available in the Fan Zone and not in the VIP or General areas, others claimed there were long queues to buy water. A few also said that some fans fainted due to the heat and the crowd.

Although Karan has not addressed the complaints directly, he seemed to respond after his Pune concert later that day. On Instagram, he wrote, "Bombay, I think we need to add a night concert. Team Innovation, y'all coming back stronger or what???"
