Comedian, actor and television host Kapil Sharma has claimed that he had invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi once to appear on his show, "The Kapil Sharma Show”, according to reports. Sharma expressed his desire to have PM Modi as a guest on his show and extended the invitation during a meeting. The Prime Minister jokingly responded that the opposition was humorous nowadays and he would consider his request to appear on the show, revealed Sharma, as per reports.
Kapil stated that he would like the world to see the Prime Minister's lighter side and witness his fun and humorous side of him. He also mentioned that during the inauguration of the Cinema Museum in Mumbai in January, the Prime Minister had cracked many jokes, and he wanted the world to see what they saw.
