Actor Dhananjaya's Head Bush, released on October 21, has drawn criticism from some groups who claim it "hurts religious sensitivities." The chariot, known as a karaga in Kannada, that is depicted in the film, according to Sathish, a trustee of the Sree Dharmaraya Swamy Temple in Bengaluru, does not actually belong to their temple.
He added that it has hurt the community's sentiments when a character calls it "jijubi" (useless). Shoonya is the director of the crime drama Head Bush.
