Kangana Ranaut wraps ‘Emergency’ shoot, reveals she mortgaged all her property
Kangana Ranaut shared some photos from the sets of her upcoming film 'Emergency' as the shoot came to a close. She also revealed that she had to mortgage all of her property for the film.

Kangana shared three photos from the set, in which she can be seen sitting behind the camera in her costume, hair, and make-up as the late Indira Gandhi, and speaking on the microphone.
Kangana wrote that as she wraps 'Emergency' as an actor, a tremendously glorious phase of her life comes to an end. It may appear that she breezed through it, but this is far from the case. Her character as an individual has been severely tested, from mortgaging all of her properties, and everything she owned, to being diagnosed with dengue during the first schedule and having to shoot it despite severely low blood cell counts.
She also stated that she has been very open about her emotions on social media, but she has not shared everything. She said that she didn't want people who cared to worry unnecessarily, and didn't want those who desperately wanted to see her fall and were doing everything they could to make her suffer, to have the pleasure of her pain.
Kangana has announced that her film 'Emergency' will be released in 2021. Ritesh Shah wrote the script, and this is the duo's second collaboration. They also worked on Kangana Ranaut's last film, 'Dhaakad,' which was a box-office flop.
