Web series, ‘Jubilee’ starring Aditi Rao Hydari and Aparshakti Khurana is going to release on April 7 on Amazon Prime Video. The web series has 2 parts, wherein the first part having first five episodes will be released on April 7, while the second part having sixth to tenth episode will be released on April 14.

Aditi shared about the news of the ‘Jubilee’ being released, where she wrote on Instagram that cinema is the art of portraying stories and these glamorous cinema sets have some of the most captivating stories to tell. Vikramaditya Motwane-directed ‘Jubilee’ is a tale of the birth and evolution of Bollywood.




The web series is set against the backdrop of the golden era of Hindi cinema. Director Vikramaditya Motwane said in an interview that he had conceived the idea of creating ‘Jubilee’ ever since he was an Assistant director. Besides Aditi and Aparshakti, the lead starcast of the movie includes Wamiqa Gabbi, Sidhant Gupta, Ram Kapoor and Nandish Sandhu.

Adding to the description about‘ Jubilee’ , Aparna Purohit, head of India Originals, Prime Video said that this web series is a celebration of the magic of cinema and a tribute to the artists and technicians who work hard to create a magic on screen for the audience. The storyline of ‘Jubilee’ narrates the ordeals and glory of three young characters as they begin their journey to becoming a part of cinema.
