Jr. NTR requests fans to stop asking for NTR 30 updates, says 'it puts a lot of pressure'

Jr NTR requested that fans should understand that it is not possible to share NTR 30 updates on a daily basis. Such demands, he claims, only add to the pressure.

Jr. NTR, who most recently appeared in SS Rajamouli's magnum opus RRR, is set to reunite with filmmaker Koratala Siva for his next untitled Telugu project, currently dubbed NTR 30. Fans have taken over social media, demanding new updates on the film. On Sunday, NTR asked fans not to keep asking for updates all the time as it puts a lot of people under pressure.

Jr. NTR will be reuniting with Koratala Siva for NTR 30 after blockbuster success of "Janatha Garage" which was released in 2016. The project is expected to be officially launched later this month and to begin construction the following month. However, anxious fans have been requesting updates on social media in recent weeks.

Speaking at the pre-release event for his brother Kalyan Ram's film Amigos on Sunday, NTR asked his fans not to keep asking for updates. He stated that when they are working on a film, there isn't always a lot of information to share. They cannot continue to share updates on a daily or hourly basis. As much as he understands your excitement and desire, all of this can put a lot of pressure on both the producer and the filmmaker. Due to the pressure, they sometimes end up sharing an update with little value, which irritates the fans even more, he added.

NTR went on to say that a lot of actors are under similar pressure, which is unhealthy. If there is an update, they will notify the fans first, even before informing their wife at home. This is only because they recognise the value of all fans. Only if there is an update worth sharing, he said, they will share it first with the fans.

NTR recently returned from RRR's Oscar campaign. He worked with director SS Rajamouli and co-star Ram Charan on the campaign, which lasted a few weeks in the United States.
