JoSAA round 2 allotment result 2025 today: Check time, steps to download at josaa.nic.in

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will announce the Round 2 seat allotment results for admission into IITs, NITs, and other participating institutes today, June 25, at 5 PM. Candidates can check their allotment status on the official website – josaa.nic.in – using their JEE Main 2025 application number and password.

JoSAA Round 2 Counselling Schedule

As per the revised counselling timeline: Online reporting, including fee payment, document upload, and responding to queries (if any), must be completed between June 25 and June 29.

Any payment-related issues (only for attempts made before the deadline) will be resolved by 5 PM on June 30.


Candidates who wish to withdraw or exit the seat allocation process can do so from June 26 to June 30.

The last date to respond to withdrawal-related queries is July 1.

Upcoming Seat Allotment Rounds

The JoSAA counselling process for 2025 will consist of six rounds:
Round 3 seat allotment – July 2
Round 4 seat allotment – July 6
Round 5 seat allotment – July 11
Round 6 seat allotment – July 16

Step 1: Visit the official JoSAA website: josaa.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the ‘Round 2 Seat Allotment Result’ link under the Candidate Activity Board.
Step 3: Enter your JEE Main 2025 application number, password, and the security pin.
Step 4: Submit the details to view your allotment result.
Step 5: If allotted a seat, download and print the allotment order for future reference.
