The Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Exam (JNUEE) commenced today, December 7. As per the official schedule, the examination will conclude on December 10 and be held in two sessions on December 7, 8, 9, and 10. The first session will be held between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm, and the second between 2.30 pm and 5.30 pm.

Admit cards for the JNUEE 2022 were released on December 4. Here’s all you need to know about the examination.

Who conducts the JNUEE?

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the JNUEE examination. NTA is an autonomous testing agency formulated to conduct various entrance examinations for institutions of higher education.

What’s the paper pattern?
Like most entrance exams, JNUEE is also based on multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The question paper has 100 questions for 100 marks, and every question will have four options to choose from. However, there’s no negative marking, which means students can attempt all questions.

The JNUEE is divided into a Computer Based Test (CBT) and a Viva-voce. Following the CBT examination of 100 marks, candidates will be called in for a viva-voce. The final merit list will include the combined results of CBT (70 per cent) and Viva-voce (30 per cent).
