Jio Down! Users experience Internet connectivity issues as Jio Fiber servers experience Pan-India outage

Users could not access Internet services on Wednesday morning due to a temporary outage of Reliance Jio servers throughout India. Users frequently reported having trouble using Jio's broadband and Internet services, according to Internet services tracker Downdetector.

ABP Live was able to establish that Jio internet services were restarted at approximately 11:30 am after the business rectified a server issue affecting services throughout the nation. The outage complaints on Twitter began coming in at around 10 am IST.

Jio outage cases began to spike across the nation around 10 am, according to Downdetector. Over 300 consumers had serious connectivity problems with Jio as of 11:05 am. Almost 59% of users reported having trouble connecting to the mobile Internet.





The Jio outage appears to be hitting several locations, including Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai, according to Downdetector's live outage map. Several people expressed concern and annoyance about the most recent Jio outage on Twitter. While some people complained about problems with Internet connectivity, others said they couldn't get in touch with the business' customer care services.


As of the time of writing, outage complaints on Downdetector appear to decline. Thus it looks that, for the time being, Jio services have begun to resume nationwide.
