The Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Meridian, and even the Jeep Grand Cherokee will see their price rise for the first time.

Jeep India has announced that its pricing would rise by two to four percent across the board beginning in January 2023. The American company has not stated which models will be affected, but its whole lineup, which includes the Compass, Wrangler, Meridian, and the recently released Grand Cherokee, will experience a price increase.
The Jeep Compass's price was recently raised in November 2022, with the cheapest Jeep seeing a Rs 1.20 lakh ex-showroom increase.
In addition, Jeep just unveiled the new Grand Cherokee in India, which is priced at Rs 77.50 lakh (ex-showroom) and is made at the company's Ranjangaon plant, which is an essential manufacturing centre for all RHD Jeep models.
The 2017 Grand Cherokee is driven by a 2.0-liter petrol engine that produces 268bhp and 400 Nm of torque through an automated torque converter transmission that distributes power to all four wheels.
Jeep India sells four domestically built SUVs in the nation including the Jeep Compass, Jeep Meridian, Jeep Wrangler, and the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jeep Compass prices range from Rs. 19.29 lakh to Rs. 32.67 lakh (ex-showroom, India), whereas Jeep Meridian prices range from Rs. 29.90 lakh to Rs. 36.95 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is priced at Rs. 57.85 lakh (ex-showroom, India) and Rs. 61.85 lakh (ex-showroom, India). In comparison, the freshly released Grand Cherokee is priced between Rs. 77.50 lakh and Rs. 78.50 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
