JEE (Main) 2024 Session 2 admit cards released. NTA issues advisory

NTA released admit cards for JEE (Main) 2024 Session 2 on April 8, 9, 12. Candidates should download from April 3, 2024, using app number and birth date. Review instructions, contact for help, stay updated on NTA websites.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued admit cards for JEE (Main) 2024 Session 2, set for April 8, 9, and 12. Candidates scheduled to appear on these dates must download their admit cards from April 3, 2024, onwards using their application number and date of birth for Paper 1 or Paper 2. The candidates are advised to carefully review the instructions included in the admit card and Information Bulletin.

NTA in a release stated, "The candidates scheduled to appear on April 8, 9, and 12, 2024, are required to download their admit card for JEE (Main) 2024 Session 2 (April 2024) (using their application number and date of birth) for Paper 1/Paper 2 from the website https://jeemain.nta.ac.in/ w.e.f. April 3, 2024 and go through the instructions contained therein as well as in the Information Bulletin."

"The candidates are also required to ensure that the barcode is available on the admit card while downloading," the order added


In the order, NTA emphasized that candidates must follow the subject-specific and general instructions provided in the question paper. If any candidate encounters difficulties in obtaining the admit card, they can reach out to 011-40759000 or email jeemain@nta.ac.in for assistance.

NTA has recommended candidates to stay updated by visiting the official websites of NTA - (www.nta.ac.in) and (https://jeemain.nta.ac.in/) -for the latest information.

The second edition of JEE-Main is set to take place from April 4 to 15. Admissions to centrally funded technical institutions like the National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and the Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) are based on JEE (Main) scores. The top 20% of the merit list becomes eligible to sit for JEE (Advanced), the entrance test for the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
