How to raise objections on answer key

Candidates will be able to raise objections to the JEE Advanced answer key by visiting the official website and accessing the objection window link. Final answer key and result on June 1

After evaluating the objections, the final answer key and JEE Advanced 2026 result will be released on June 1, 2026. Candidates will be able to check and download the final answer key and scorecard from the official website, jeeadv.ac.in.

JEE Advanced 2026 paper analysis

According to JEE expert Ramesh Batlish, Paper 1 included 4 SCQs, 4 MCQs, 4 matrix match questions and 4 integer-type questions. There was no negative marking for integer-type questions, while MCQs, SCQs and matrix match questions carried a negative marking of minus one. The questions covered major topics from Class 11 and Class 12 Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The paper was moderately tough and more difficult than JEE Advanced 2025 Paper 1.

Subject-wise difficulty for Paper 1 was rated as Chemistry easy to moderate, Physics moderate and lengthy, and Mathematics difficult.

For Paper 2, Batlish stated that it comprised 4 SCQs, 5 MCQs, 2 paragraph-based sections with 4 questions each carrying a plus two marking scheme, and 5 integer-type questions. There was no negative marking for integer-type questions, while MCQs and SCQs carried a minus one marking scheme. The paper was overall moderate and lengthy compared to Paper 1.

Subject-wise difficulty for Paper 2 was Chemistry moderate to difficult, Physics difficult, and Mathematics easy to moderate.
