The luxury real estate project, part of the Jaypee Group, has positioned the offer to appeal to affluent car enthusiasts in the Greater Noida area, where villas are priced at Rs 26 crore or more.

The luxury real estate offer caught wider attention after realtor Gaurav Gupta shared it on social media platform X (formerly Twitter). Gupta’s post showcased the exclusive Jaypee Greens’ campaign, where buyers of these premium villas receive a Lamborghini Urus with their purchase. "Noida’s got a new villa project coming up at Rs 26 crore that's offering 1 Lamborghini with each of those," he tweeted, accompanied by a promotional graphic from Jaypee Greens.



Additional Costs for Buyers While the villa itself costs ₹26 crore, buyers should be aware of extra charges for select amenities. According to Gupta, designated car parking will cost an additional ₹30 lakh, while power backup and golf course-facing locations add ₹7.5 lakh and ₹50 lakh, respectively. A club membership for residents is also available for an additional ₹7.5 lakh.
