Jadavpur University student receives three job offers; picks Facebook over Google, Amazon
Bisakh Mondal, an engineering graduate from Bengal, rejected job offers from Google and Amazon and accepted one from Facebook because of the higher salary package.

The final year computer science student also received job offers from Google and Amazon, but he eventually accepted the one from Facebook because of a higher salary package.
Bisakh received his recruitment interview result on Tuesday night, and he will join the company in London this year in September.
During the pandemic, Bisakh utilized his time to complete a few internships at several organizations that helped him gain knowledge and experience. Apart from the curriculum syllabus, Bisakh gained hands-on experience as well. The experience also helped him crack his interviews with high-tech companies.
The techie comes from Bengal's Birbhum district and has a modest family background.
His mother is an Anganwadi worker. She expressed her joy and pride and said Bisakh has always been a deserving student.
She added that it is a pride moment for the entire family. They have worked diligently for Bisakh to reach these heights of success. Also, she told that Bisakh has focused on his academics seriously and got admission to JU university because of excellent grades in HSC and the entrance exam.
Samita Bhattacharya, the university placement officer, informed that this is the first time students have received great international offers after the pandemic.
According to reports, nine university students from different faculties have received international job offers with an annual pay package of over Rs. 1 crore.
Facebook being one of the world's most profitable and high-tech companies, it is difficult to get a job in the company. But when recruiting expertise and talent, Facebook chooses skills over experience. Apart from working, the company has various options like learning, gaining, and growing for its employees.
