The wait is almost over for fans of the popular spy thriller series, Jack Ryan, as Amazon Prime Video has announced that the fourth season will premiere on June 30. However, viewers may notice a change in the release schedule, as the final run of episodes will consist of only six, rather than the usual eight, episodes. Additionally, episodes will be released two per week, with the grand finale airing on July 14.

In season 4, our hero, played by John Krasinski, is now the Acting Deputy Director of the CIA and investigates internal corruption that has plagued the organization. But things quickly escalate when he uncovers a conspiracy that threatens national security, involving a dangerous combination of a drug cartel and terrorist group.

Krasinski has previously revealed that season 3 and season 4 were shot back-to-back over the course of two years, explaining the quick turnaround for the upcoming season.
