Rapper J-Hope of BTS is all set to feature in a new documentary titled ‘Jhope In the Box.’ The film, produced by Hybe, will be released on February 17, 2023, at 5 PM KST, on Disney+ and Weverse.


The movie will air at 1:30 PM IST in India. The global icon shared the news with his fans, proudly called ‘BTS Armies’ on January 20, 2023, taking the Internet by storm.



Reportedly, the upcoming documentary will capture the journey of J-Hope as the producer of his first-ever solo album ‘Jack in the box.’ Launched in July 2022, the album had a collection of beautiful songs that mirrored J-Hope’s unparalleled love for music. The highly-anticipated film will showcase some interesting ‘behind-the-scenes’ pictures and videos of the making of ‘Jack in the Box.’ It will give ‘Armies’ a golden chance to relive the most exciting moments of the production process alongside Jung Ho-Seok, aka J-Hope.


‘Jhope In the Box’ will also beautifully capture J-Hope’s Lollapalooza 2022 performance. The event holds great importance in the professional career of the BTS rapper. His stellar performance made him the first Korean artist to feature in Lollapalooza. Apart from all this, the viewers will also get ‘never-seen-before’ glimpses of the ‘Jack in the Box’ listening party. The party was one of the biggest extravaganzas in the South Korean music industry. The other six members of BTS, along with top global music and film stars, attended the listening party to support J-Hope.
