Professor Nikhil Madan joined ISB in 2019 as an Assistant Professor in the Organisational Behaviour area. He held a PhD from INSEAD, a Master’s in Quantitative Economics from the Indian Statistical Institute, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi.
His research focused on human behavior and decision-making. He had published work in Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Organization Science, and the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology. He also contributed articles to the Harvard Business Review and taught courses on negotiation and decision-making at ISB.
