IRCTC Jyotirlinga Special Yatra Tour packages: Check itinerary, price, and other details of August, September

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) offers Jyotirlinga Special Tour packages at affordable prices.

A jyotirlinga special tour ideally include trips to all 12 shrines, namely Somnath jyotirlinga, Mallikarjun jyotirlinga, Mahakaleshwar jyotirlinga, Omkareshwar jyotirling, Lord Baidyanath jyotirlinga, Nageswar jyotirlinga, Kedareshwar jyotirlinga, Trimbakeshwar jyotirlinga, Rameshwar jyotirlinga, Bhimashankar jyotirlinga, Visweswara jyotirlinga, and Grishneshwar jyotirlinga.

As per IRCTC website, there are two packages - one in August and another in September 2024.


IRCTC's Sapta (07) Jyotirlinga Darshan Yatra in August is priced at Rs 20,590 against Rs 30,155 of the September package.

As per IRCTC, in the August package, pilgrims will get to visit seven jyotirlingas in Aurangabad, Dwarka, Nasik, Pune, Somnath, and Ujjain.

Under the package, pilgrims will travel in Bharat Gaurav Tourists trains in 2AC, 3AC & SL classes, covering the visit of Ujjain (Mahakaleswar & Omkareswar), Dwarka (Nageswar), Somnath (Somnath), Pune (Bhimashankar), Nasik (Triambakeswar), Aurangabad (Grishneswar). This 12 days tour has boarding / de-boarding stations at Vijayawada, Madhira, Khammam, Dornakal Jn., Mahbubabad, Warangal, Kazipet, Jangaon, Bhongir, Secunderabad, Kamareddi, Nizamabad, Dharmabad, Mudkhed, Nanded and Purna.

There are total 716 (SL: 460, 3AC: 206, 2AC: 50) seats.

There are three categories: Economy (Rs.20590), Standard (Rs.33015), and Comfort (Rs.43355) on Double/ Triple Share basis. For kids of 5-11 years, the charges are Rs.19255, Rs.31440, and Rs.41465 respectively.

IRCTC's September Jyotirlinga trip consists of 10 nights/11 days. To start on September 10, it will have boarding/deboarding at Shri Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Churu, Sikar JN, Jaipur, and Ajmer.

IRCTC offering two types of tickets for this: Comfort (Rs 37115) and Standard (Rs 30155). For kids between 5-11 of years, rates are Rs 33400 and Rs 28765 respectively.
