iPhone 17 Pro at Rs 56,990, iPhone 17 at Rs 43,599: Flipkart vs Reliance Digital vs Amazon; check where to buy Apple flagship smartphones cheaper
Flipkart and Reliance Digital have both cut iPhone prices for the festive season, but their lowest figures need an old phone to be exchanged. iPhone 17 launched in India at Rs 82,900 for 256GB, and Apple has since raised its price to Rs 99,900.

Flipkart shows iPhone 17 at Rs 43,599 after a card offer, an exchange bonus and the value of an old iPhone 15. Reliance Digital shows iPhone 17 at Rs 68,899 and iPhone 17 Pro at Rs 56,990, also after exchange and bank offers. Buyers with no old phone to trade in will pay far more.

What Was Launch Price Of iPhone 17

iPhone 17 went on sale in India in September 2025 at Rs 82,900 for 256GB and Rs 1,02,900 for 512GB. Apple raised the 256GB price to Rs 99,900 after launching its iPhone 18 Pro series. That figure is now printed as MRP on Flipkart's listing, so every sale discount is counted from Rs 99,900 and not from launch price.

That is only Rs 99 above launch price.

How Do Both Stores Compare On iPhone 17

The two stores count discounts differently, so final numbers are not like for like. Flipkart's Rs 43,599 includes Rs 36,400 for an old iPhone 15. Reliance Digital's Rs 68,899 includes cashback and exchange bonus only, with no old phone value counted. On same terms, meaning card offer and exchange bonus, Flipkart works out to Rs 79,999 against Rs 68,899 at Reliance Digital, a gap of Rs 11,100. A buyer with no old phone pays Rs 82,999 on Flipkart after card discount, and Rs 76,899 at Reliance Digital after Rs 3,000 cashback.

What Was Launch Price Of iPhone 17 Pro

iPhone 17 Pro launched in India in September 2025 at Rs 1,34,900 for 256GB. Flipkart still lists the 256GB model at Rs 1,34,900, so there is no cut in listed price before offers are applied.

What Are Deal Prices Of iPhone 17 Pro

On Flipkart, a Rs 4,000 cashback on the Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card brings price to Rs 1,30,900. Flipkart also shows an exchange benefit of up to Rs 73,450, though actual value depends on the old device, its condition and pincode, NDTV Profit reported.

Reliance Digital lists the same phone at Rs 1,30,490, which is Rs 4,410 below launch price. It also shows an offer price of Rs 56,990 after exchange value, exchange bonus and cashback. NDTV Profit noted that Rs 56,990 is an effective price and not the amount every buyer will pay.

Is Amazon Offering Any Separate Deal

Amazon's Great Indian Festival is live, with a 10 percent instant discount on eligible SBI credit cards, debit cards and credit card EMI transactions. Prime members get extra savings on eligible products. Amazon has not announced a separate sale price for iPhone 17 or iPhone 17 Pro, according to NDTV Profit. It lists iPhone 17 256GB at around Rs 99,900 and iPhone 17 Pro 256GB at around Rs 1,34,900. Final price depends on offers shown on the product page at checkout.

What Should Buyers Check Before Paying

Exchange value is the biggest swing in every price above. Both stores say value depends on the model and condition of the old phone, and Flipkart adds pincode. Card offers are tied to specific banks, so a buyer with another card will not get the same discount. Effective prices are shown by both retailers as the lowest case, and the price on screen at checkout is the one that counts.

Samsung Galaxy S25 for Rs 53,999 On Flipkart

Samsung Galaxy S25 launched in India in January 2025 at Rs 80,999 for 256GB, with the 128GB model listed at Rs 74,999. Flipkart's Big Billion Days sale for the 128GB model shows MRP of Rs 1,04,999 and a selling price of Rs 62,999, which is Rs 12,000 below the 128GB launch price. A Rs 5,000 coupon and Rs 4,000 off on Flipkart Axis and Flipkart SBI credit cards bring price to Rs 53,999. Buyers who also hold the Big Billion Days pass get Rs 1,000 more off, making it Rs 52,999. Flipkart's banner shows the phone from Rs 54,999, a different figure from its own table.

Why Are iPhone Prices Higher Than Launch Price

Apple raised India prices of iPhone 17, iPhone 16 and other models after launching the iPhone 18 Pro series, 91mobiles reported. Smartphone prices have also risen this year because of a memory and component shortage, according to Sammy Fans. Samsung raised prices on several phones in India over the same period.

Flipkart's Big Billion Days had early access on October 8 and opens to everyone on October 9. Amazon's Great Indian Festival began on October 8, and Reliance Digital's Festival of Electronics starts on October 9.
