Entrepreneur Ashneer Grover has offered a glimpse into DLF Camellias in Gurugram, one of India's most expensive residential addresses, showcasing its exclusive club, wellness facilities, entertainment spaces and sports amenities. With some residences reportedly valued at over Rs 100 crore, the property offers a luxury living experience built around privacy, recreation and premium services.

In a YouTube video, Grover walks viewers through the residential complex's extensive facilities, explaining that he lives in Delhi and that his apartment at DLF Camellias is currently leased to someone else. He primarily uses the property's club and amenities for meetings, recreation and social engagements.

Olympic-sized pool, snow room and luxury club

The tour showcases a range of wellness facilities, including an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a fully equipped gym with an attached juice bar, and a snow room designed for temperature-based therapy. Residents can also access steam and sauna facilities.

The complex's entertainment options include a private bowling alley, a karaoke lounge and a performance or movie hall equipped with advanced cinematic sound systems. The club also houses multiple dining options, a bar and lounge, and the Intimo party area, which can accommodate gatherings of up to 50 people.

DLF Camellias also provides dedicated meeting rooms and workspaces. During the tour, Grover reveals that he wrote his book Doglapan in one of the property's meeting rooms, highlighting how the facilities can serve professional as well as recreational needs.

Sports facilities include tennis, squash and pickleball courts. The complex also features landscaped outdoor spaces, private roads and a green park stretching over a kilometre, along with extensive greenery.

Grover also draws attention to the property's maintenance and cleanliness, highlighting the role of upkeep in shaping the overall luxury experience.

DLF Camellias is associated with India's ultra-luxury housing market, with residential prices varying according to apartment size, configuration, floor and resale conditions. Some units are reportedly valued at Rs 60-70 crore, while larger residences can cost more than Rs 100 crore.
