Injured Naseem Shah left the field in tears during India match: See video
Naseem Shah bowled with a lot of fire and pace at the India-Pakistan opener in Asia Cup 2022.

It was the 19-year-old fast bowler's T20I debut. Called on to lead the Pakistan pace attack in the absence of an injured Shaheen Afridi, young Naseem Shah bowled with a lot of fire and pace at their opener in Asia Cup 2022.
Shah tasted success in the very first over, getting KL Rahul to play on a quickish one, and then nearly had the great Virat Kohli caught in the slips two balls later.
Later on in the Indian innings Shah returned to send back the dangerous SuryaKumar Yadav.
When Shah came on again to bowl the 18th over, when the chances were more or less even, he was cramping up badly and in severe pain.
The over was interrupted several times as Shah tried to relieve the pain in his leg muscles, even the physio was called in , but he still ran in hard and hurled the ball at speeds of 140kph+.
Shah hobbled back to his mark and came in and bowled again, but this time he pitched in the slot and Jadeja carted him over long on for a six. India had wrested back the advantage.
At the end of the Shah walked back to the hut for treatment and rest, and now a video has emerged that shows he was in tears as he left the field.
