IndiGo website outage: IndiGo, experienced a disruption on Wednesday, leaving some customers unable to search for or book flights through its website. Users reported seeing messages including “No Data Available” and “No flights found” while trying to access flight information.

Passengers Report Booking Issues

Several passengers turned to social media platform X to report difficulties with flight bookings and online check-in. The issue appeared to affect multiple stages of the airline’s online services, with some users unable to view available flights or continue with their bookings.

Passengers also reported trouble completing the online check-in process, adding to the inconvenience for those planning to travel.

IndiGo Acknowledges Technical Issue

IndiGo later confirmed that it was facing problems with its reservation system. In a post on X, the airline said, "We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with our core reservation platform, which may make it difficult for some customers to access our online services. Our teams are working on priority, with our partner, to fix the issue as soon as possible."

Airline Advises Passengers to Try Again

The airline asked passengers who needed immediate assistance with their travel plans to contact its customer support team. IndiGo said, "Customers requiring immediate travel assistance may reach out to our Contact Centre for support. Those customers who have a later travel are advised to try accessing the website or app again after some time."

The airline also apologised for the disruption, stating, "We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding."
