Weather today, October 31, 2026: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast rain, thunderstorms and gusty winds across several states on Saturday, October 31. Heavy rainfall is likely in parts of Arunachal Pradesh, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Kerala, while Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karnataka and Telangana may experience thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and strong winds. Delhi, meanwhile, is expected to see partly cloudy skies, with no rainfall forecast and temperatures ranging between 15°C and 28°C.
