Delhi is likely to remain largely dry on Saturday, with no significant weather warning issued for the national capital. Rainfall activity is expected to increase over Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi from October 6. Parts of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh may receive isolated to scattered rainfall on Saturday.
IMD weather alert for Saturday

Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim may receive isolated to scattered showers, while Gangetic West Bengal and Odisha are also likely to see rainfall. The Andaman & Nicobar Islands may receive isolated showers.
Thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds are likely over parts of the southern peninsula. Kerala may experience gusty winds of 30-40 kmph, with gusts reaching up to 50 kmph. Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema may also see thunderstorms, lightning and strong winds.
Delhi-NCR weather tomorrow
Delhi and surrounding areas are not under any significant IMD weather warning for Saturday. The capital is likely to remain relatively dry, with isolated to scattered rainfall expected over Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi from October 6-7.UP weather tomorrow

Gangetic West Bengal may receive isolated to scattered rainfall on Saturday. The region recorded heavy rain at isolated places during the previous 24 hours, with Dum Dum in North 24 Parganas receiving 8 cm of rainfall.
Northeast weather forecast
Several parts of the Northeast are likely to receive showers on Saturday.Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura may see isolated to scattered rainfall, along with thunderstorms and lightning in some areas.
The IMD has forecast isolated heavy rainfall over Arunachal Pradesh on October 2, while rainfall activity across the Northeast is expected to continue through October 7.
Central India forecast
Chhattisgarh is likely to receive isolated to scattered rainfall on Saturday, with the wet spell expected to continue through October 7.East Madhya Pradesh may receive isolated to scattered rainfall through October 3. No significant rainfall warning has been issued for the rest of central India on Saturday.
West India forecast
Konkan and Goa and Madhya Maharashtra are likely to receive isolated to scattered rainfall on Saturday, with rainfall activity expected to continue through October 7.Maharashtra may see intermittent showers during the period, although no heavy rainfall warning has been issued for the state on Saturday.
South India weather
Several parts of south India are likely to remain under an active rainfall spell on Saturday.Kerala and Mahe may receive fairly widespread to widespread rainfall, accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds. Winds may reach 30-40 kmph, with gusts up to 50 kmph over Kerala.
Coastal Karnataka is likely to receive fairly widespread to widespread rainfall, while South Interior Karnataka may see isolated to scattered showers.
Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam and Rayalaseema may also receive isolated to scattered rainfall, along with thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds. Strong surface winds are likely in these areas during the ongoing spell.
Telangana may receive isolated to scattered rainfall, with the current spell expected to continue through October 3.
Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal are also likely to see isolated to scattered rainfall, along with thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds.
IMD forecast for the next few days
Rainfall activity is expected to continue across several parts of India through the first week of October.In northwest India, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan and Muzaffarabad may receive isolated to scattered rainfall during October 6-7. Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand may see showers during October 5-7, while Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Punjab are likely to receive isolated to scattered rainfall during October 6-7.
Chhattisgarh is expected to see rainfall through October 7. Odisha, Gangetic West Bengal, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim may also receive showers through October 7, while Bihar and Jharkhand are likely to see rainfall from October 5.
In south India, Kerala and Mahe are expected to remain under a fairly widespread to widespread rainfall spell through October 7. Isolated heavy rainfall is possible over Kerala and Mahe from October 4-6 and over South Interior Karnataka on October 5.
The IMD has also forecast thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds over parts of southern India in the coming days. Strong surface winds are likely over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and Rayalaseema during October 2-5.
