India vs Australia, 2nd Test: KL Rahul takes fantastic catch to send Usman Khawaja back into the pavilion
Usman Khawaja unleashed a storm of reverse sweeps on the bowling of R Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Axar Patel in the second Test between India and Australia in Delhi.

The left-handed opener smashed 12 fours and a six and was on his way to a century. Ravindra Jadeja threw the ball outside the off-stump, and Khawaja went for his preferred reverse sweep. That was struck straight down the centre, but it ran into KL Rahul. Rahul extended his right hand, and caught it. That one-handed catch surprised the set batter and also the fans present in the stadium.
In the first inning, KL Rahul has already taken two amazing catches. The opener took a catch in the slips and a sensational one at point to eliminate Usman Khawaja. Khawaja had brilliantly timed his shot, but he was unable to place it well enough to avoid Rahul's grasp.

Khawaja posed a difficult test for Ashwin, who was introduced into the game in the eighth over. They put on 41 runs until Ashwin broke through soon before noon. As India elected to utilise the DRS, Ashwin trapped Marnus Labuschagne (18) lbw in the 23rd over.
Two deliveries later, Steve Smith was out for a duck after being caught behind off a low edge from Ashwin and smartly retrieved by wicketkeeper Srikar Bharat, thereby ending the session.
