India Post releases GDS second merit list. Here is how to download

India Post has released the second merit list for the India Post Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS). The job aspirants who appeared in the exam can check the merit list on the India Post's official website, indiapostgdsonline.gov.in. The merit list has been released for all the 23 post circles across the country.

India Post had released the results for the Gramin Dak Sevak on March 11, for a total number of 40,889 vacancies.

The pdf of the merit list can be downloaded via the shortlisted candidate section on the homepage.


As per the official notice: "The shortlisted candidates should get their documents verified through the Divisional Head mentioned against their names on or before April 21. The shortlisted candidates should report for verification along with originals and two sets of self attested photocopies of all the relevant documents.

Here is how to download India Post GDS second merit list

• Open India Post official website – indiapostgdsonline.gov.in
• Click on the Shortlisted Candidate section
• Select the region and click on Supplementary List II
• Check your registration number in the list with the help of your application form
• The merit list will appear on the next screen
• Download and save the merit list pdf
• Keep a copy of the same for the future reference

There are speculations that India Post may release a third merit list for GDS, however, the India Post has not confirmed the same. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website of India Post for latest updates.
