IGNOU extends last date to submit assignments for TEE June 2022: Check all the details here

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for submitting assignments, via online and offline modes, for the IGNOU Term-End Exam (TEE) June 2022 session. Earlier, the students were required to submit their projects by the 15th of June. Now, the date has been extended to the 30th of June, 2022.

The Term End Examination is about to start in most of the colleges including IGNOU. For the students of the June 2022 session, IGNOU has generously extended the date of submitting the TEE assignments, fieldwork, projects, dissertation, thesis, journals, files, practical records, reports, etc.

The earlier notice of IGNOU stated that the last date to submit any assignment is the 15th of June. But the new date is extended for 15 days, and the date is now the 30th of June. Students are now required to submit their final assignments on IGNOU's official website: ignou.ac.in.


The official notice of the university said that the concerned authorities have discussed and agreed with the decision. The last date to submit the projects and assignments, in hard and soft copy, practicums, dissertations, records of internships, journals, lab work, etc., via online means or physical for the term-end exams has been extended to the 30th of June, 2022.

When will the final examination of IGNOU begin?
The tentative dates for the last exams of the students are in July 2022 and might continue till the 5th of September 2022. All the applicants can fill out the form for exams, without any late penalty, till the 25th of June, 2022. From the 26th to the 30th of June, 2022, students can still fill up the forms for the term-end examinations but with a late penalty of 1,100 rupees.

All the students of IGNOU are still required to pay 200 rupees per subject for both theory and practical exams. This fee can be paid via net banking, debit card or credit card.

How to apply to IGNOU for new admissions and registration?
The new admissions began in May 2022 for both grad and post-grad students. Interested candidates can apply for the different programmes of their choice at the website: ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in. The last day to submit these applications will be the 31st of July.

How to apply for admissions for the session of July 2022?

Go on the website of ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

The link appears in a box called 'Click here for new registration'.

The interested applicants, once they click on it, will be sent to a new webpage.

The registration form will appear. Complete the form with all the necessary details correctly.

The 'Register' tab is at the bottom. Click on it.

The enrollment ID and password (unique to each applicant) will be sent to your email.

Use this ID and password to log in to the official website of IGNOU and fill up the admission forms.

You will be needed to pay the fee for registration only in online mode.
