Tech entrepreneur and anti-ageing influencer Bryan Johnson, known for his longevity experiments and biohacking lifestyle, has shared simple advice for people struggling in life.

In a post on X, Johnson wrote: "If you're struggling in life, do this:

final food 4 hours before sleep

screens off 60 before bed
read a book 10 min before sleep
light in eyes when waking
exercise daily

Do it for 7 days straight.

It works. I promise."

Bryan Johnson says he does not plan on dying

Meanwhile, Johnson has also made another bold claim: he says he does not plan on dying.

The 47-year-old told followers on X, "We are the first generation that won't die, like actually won't die. I don't plan on dying."

He argued that advances in biotechnology and health optimisation could allow humans to dramatically extend lifespans beyond current limits.

Despite being 47 years old, Johnson claims that his body functions like that of an 18-year-old.

"My cardiovascular abilities are age 18, my lung capacity is age 18, my telomeres are age 18," he said.

Johnson added that his health regimen has effectively reversed his biological age. He has invested millions of dollars in anti-ageing research and personal health experiments, including strict diets, medical monitoring and regenerative therapies.

Emphasising the importance of health, Johnson said, "This is why I say make health your top priority, because the difference between being healthy and non-healthy when you're thinking is like night and day."

His remarks reflect a growing movement among some technology leaders who believe advances in AI, biotechnology and regenerative medicine could significantly extend human life. Critics, however, dismiss such claims as speculative, while Johnson argues that his personal results demonstrate the potential of radical life extension.

Bryan Johnson's 41 longevity lessons

Recently, Johnson distilled years of experimentation and millions of dollars spent on longevity research into a list of 41 health habits.

In a post on X, he wrote, "This is it. Everything learned spending millions on longevity."

Despite spending around $2 million annually on his anti-ageing programme, Project Blueprint, many of Johnson's recommendations focus on simple and accessible habits, including sleeping well, exercising regularly, eating whole foods, avoiding added sugar and limiting risky behaviours such as smoking or texting while driving.

Among his key recommendations:

Sleep is "the world's most powerful drug."
Maintain a consistent bedtime before midnight.
Avoid screens for an hour before bed.
Walk after meals or perform air squats.
Lift weights and stretch daily.
Drink plenty of water and get morning sunlight exposure.
Protect your skin during peak sunlight hours.
Meet friends regularly and improve indoor air circulation.
Limit alcohol consumption.
Finish coffee before noon.
Keep social media use under control.
