ICSI CS Result June 2025: Check how to download Executive and Professional marks statement from exam@icsi.edu, other details

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will announce the results for the Company Secretary (CS) Professional and Executive Programmes of the June 2025 session today on its official website, www.icsi.edu. The Professional Programme results will be declared at 11:00 a.m., while the Executive Programme results will be released at 2:00 p.m.

The results for the Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 and Syllabus 2022) will be available online at 11:00 a.m. The Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) results will be announced at 2:00 p.m. Both results will carry subject-wise marks for each candidate.

Where to check the ICSI CS June 2025 results

The ICSI has confirmed that the results, along with the subject-wise break-up of marks, will be available on its official website immediately after declaration. Candidates can access them online without any physical collection.

For Executive Programme students, an e-Result-cum-Marks Statement will be available for download on the website. No physical copy will be issued. Professional Programme candidates (Syllabus 2017 and Syllabus 2022) will receive their Result-cum-Marks Statement by post at their registered address. In case a candidate does not receive the hard copy within 30 days of result publication, they can contact the Institute at exam@icsi.edu.

Next ICSI CS examinations in December 2025

The Institute has also announced the next examination dates. The December 2025 session for both Executive and Professional Programmes (Syllabus 2022) will be held from December 22 to December 29, 2025.

Online enrolment applications with the required examination fee will open on August 26, 2025. Candidates who do not clear the June session can apply for the December session.
