IBPS SO Main Admit Card 2025 released for 1007 posts; check download link

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the admit card for the IBPS Specialist Officer (SO) Main Examination 2025. Candidates can check and download their hall tickets from the official website of IBPS at ibps.in. The call letters will be available for download from October 30 to November 9, 2025. The main examination is scheduled to be conducted on November 9, 2025.

Exam pattern and duration

The main examination for the posts of Law Officer, IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer, and Marketing Officer will consist of an objective test carrying 60 marks. The duration of the test is 45 minutes.


For the post of Rajbhasha Adhikari, the main exam will include both objective and descriptive tests. It will comprise 45 objective-type questions and 2 descriptive questions, with a maximum of 60 marks. The total duration of the paper is 30 minutes.

Penalty for wrong answers

IBPS has stated that there will be a penalty for wrong answers in the objective tests. For each incorrect response, one-fourth or 0.25 marks of the total marks assigned to the question will be deducted from the candidate’s score.

The registration process for the recruitment began on July 1 and ended on July 21, 2025. Through this recruitment drive, IBPS aims to fill 1,007 Specialist Officer posts across various participating banks.
