'I can dance too': Nagaland minister Temjen Imna Along's latest video

In recent times, he has won hearts on social media with his lighter takes on his small eyes and on his single status. Nagaland minister Temjen Imna Along is at it again, and the latest one is on his dancing skills.

"See, I can dance too!" Along commented as he shared a video clip of him with a group of young male and female dancers at the Tsungremong festival in Nagaland. At the beginning of the video posted to Twitter, Along gets into a circle with the traditional dancers and stomps his feet to the beat. As the dance moves get more complex he misses more than a step or two, but still sportingly lasts the course.

Tsungremong is a pre-harvest festival of the Ao Nagas seeking divine blessings for a bountiful harvest. " A rich heritage enthusiastically preserved and passed on to the younger generations. Visit Nagaland to explore its culture & dance along with the locals," the minister wrote.


For his followers from across the country on Twitter, Along, who is the state BJP president and the minister for higher education and tribal affairs, is nothing short of a rock star. They applauded his effort.
