Hrithik Roshan shares video of his workout session, pens emotional note for trainer

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan took to social media to express his gratitude to his trainer for their gym sessions before he left for the US, to which his ex-wife Sussanne Khan and Zayed Khan commented.

The video features Hrithik in the gym, doing some arm exercises at a slow speed while his trainer stands behind him and encourages him to push harder.

Hrithik wrote an emotional note for his trainer. The caption read that Kris Gethin, his friend and trainer going back to his home in the US, with ten weeks remaining in their second phase of intense hard work. He was immensely satisfied, charged, driven and at peace with the process, which had very little to do with muscle and more to do with the heart and mind. Hrithik expressed his gratitude for Kris' integrity, knowledge and wisdom and expressed that the world needs more men like him.

Hrithik further wrote that he didn't know if he liked working with Kris Gethin more for the transformations or more in hope that a little bit of that passion and energy would rub off on him. He wished Gethin well and said that they should move forward and meet soon.

Kris responded that he hoped some of Hrithik's good looks, bicep peaks, and dance moves would rub off on him. He expressed that it was always a pleasure and that he looked forward to seeing the bar Hrithik would set. Zayed Khan also commented on the post expressing his excitement to see how chiselled the actor had become.

The actor is currently busy working on his upcoming aerial action drama, ‘Fighter’ helmed by Pathaan and War director Sidharth Anand, starring alongside Deepika Padukone.
