* Visit the Jio PostPaid Plus page.
* Enter your name and registered prepaid number on the login page.
* Then select Create OTP.
* Enter the OTP.
* Enter the delivery address for your Jio Postpaid Plus SIM.
* Select Send Request for New Jio SIM.

In 3–4 days, a Jio customer care representative will get in touch with you. A Jio representative will contact you to examine documents such as identity proof and address proof, for at-home KYC. The Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, and driver's license are acceptable documents for identification.

After completing your KYC, the representative will hand over the new Jio Postpaid Plus SIM to you. The new SIM will activate in 24 hours. For JioPrime, you have to pay Rs 250 security deposit, with a Rs 99 Jio Prime fee.
