The refreshed line-up features Matt Rock Gray, Matt Lucent Silver Metallic, Zefiro Blue Metallic, and Matt Pearl Diaspro Red. The overall design continues to mirror the styling of the larger CB300R, which was previously sold in India. The CB125R blends modern and retro elements with its sharp fuel tank extensions, compact tail section, and round headlamp that adds an old-school touch.
Mechanical details remain unchanged
The motorcycle continues to use a 125cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 15bhp of peak power, paired with a five-speed gearbox and a four-valve head. Its hardware includes 41mm Showa SFF front forks, a 296mm front disc with four-piston callipers, and lean-sensitive ABS with an IMU. With a kerb weight of just 130kg, the CB125R remains light and agile, ideal for city commuting.India launch unlikely
The Honda CB125R might not be launched in India due to potential pricing challenges in the cost-sensitive market. Honda’s 125cc range in India currently includes the CB125 Hornet, SP 125, and Shine 125, with the latter two recording strong sales figures. The Economic Times Business News App for the Latest News in Business, Sensex, Stock Market Updates & More.
