Holi 2026: Delhi Metro Trains to Run from 2:30 PM on All Lines
Metro services in the national capital will begin later than usual on the occasion of Holi this week.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has announced that train services on all lines will start at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, due to the festival.

In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), the DMRC informed commuters that metro trains will commence operations from terminal stations at 2:30 pm and will continue to run normally thereafter for the rest of the day.

The temporary change in timing is in view of Holi celebrations across the city.

Passengers are advised to plan their journeys accordingly and check for any further updates on the official social media handles of the Delhi Metro.
