Hanging restaurants have always been an attraction for many people. It is one of the best ways to bring tourists towards the destination. A similar hanging restaurant in Bilaspur district's Mandi Bharari junction has the same aim to boost tourism. Apart from the restaurant, additional amenities that will be built are a food plaza, stores selling necessities, an ATM, a medical centre, restrooms, and a park or play area for kids.

The move intends to give tourists travelling along the Shimla-Chamba and Chandigarh-Manali routes more amenities. When commuters stop at dhabas and hotels to rest during lengthy drives, the tourist resort will become one of the more well-liked locations.

In order to promote local-level agriculture and handmade produce a Gramin Hatt will be opened. The main aim of the authorities is to build new employment avenues and an alternative tourist attraction. Meanwhile, the resort will offer approximately 100 parking spaces in addition to cutting-edge amenities and roadside attractions.

Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Rai was quoted as saying by PTI that the high crane from the Bhakra Beas Management Board will be used to build a hanging restaurant inside the tourism complex (BBMB). The district government, the tourism division, and BBMB all contributed to this initiative. The BBMB and the state tourism agency may shortly sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU). A thorough project report is being prepared by the district administration (DPR).

Needless to say, these kinds of restaurants always bring a massive amount of people to enjoy the view and experience the thrill.
