'Stree 2' release date has been announced and fans will finally be able to watch the sequel of 'Stree'. 'Stree' featured Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkumar, and Pankaj Tripathi in pivotal roles. The makers of the film have announced that "Stree 2" would be released in August next year.

Maddock Films posted the announcement video which features Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkumar, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana, and Abhishek Banerjee.




"Oh Stree, 2 phir aa gayi! Here to rip your hearts out, Maddock Films & Jio Studios reintroduce you to the witch you fell in love with," Maddock Films posted on social media.

"Milegi Milegi, sabko milegi #Stree2 in August 2024!" Maddock Films has revealed.

'Stree 2' was released on August 31, 2018. It was received well by viewers and critics. While the opening day collection was sedate at Rs 6.83 crore, the lifetime collection in the country was Rs 129.90 crore. The film's worldwide gross collection stood at Rs 180.76 crore.

The movie was directed by Amar Kaushik.
