Hardik celebrated his 33rd birthday with his girlfriend Mahieka Sharma ahead of the New Zealand series.

The home is on Waghodia Road in the Gorwa area of Diwalipura. It was made by joining four separate flats, and the cricketer shares it with his family, including brother Krunal Pandya, as per Times of India.

The penthouse covers 6,000 sq ft. TOI says real estate reports value it at around Rs 3.5 crore to Rs 4 crore. The report added that the real worth may be higher because of the premium interiors.

Magicbricks, citing IWM Buzz, put the price at around Rs 3.6 crore. It said Hardik bought four 1BHK flats on one floor in Diwalipura in 2015 and broke the walls to make one big home.

Magicbricks also said he owns a 3,838 sq ft flat in Rustomjee Paramount, Khar West, Mumbai, worth around Rs 30 crore.

Anuradha Aggarwal of Olives Cre designed the interiors as per Magicbricks. She built the theme around Hardik’s personality. The home uses neutral colours with bright accents, marble flooring, good lighting and stylish furniture.

The open plan joins the living room, dining area and kitchen, the paper said. The living room has plush sofas and a wall of trophies.

Magicbricks said the dining area has a minimal look, a striking wall design and a chandelier, with family pictures on display.

The balcony garden is 2,500 sq ft, as per Times of India. It is a green space with seating and open room, and it gives views of the skyline. The paper said it works well for small get-togethers.

The family plays board games on the balcony. Magicbricks saidsunrise and sunset look good from there.

The penthouse has four big bedrooms, Times of India said. The master bedroom stands out for its simple, minimal design.

Magicbricks said Hardik lives there with his parents, brother Krunal and Krunal’s wife Pankhuri. It said each room was styled around the person using it, based on the brief Hardik gave the designer.

Hardik’s room has blue tones. Krunal and Pankhuri’s room is beige with brown tints, orange cushions and five horse paintings placed as per Vastu. The parents’ room uses brown and off-white shades with flowers and paintings. The guest room is blue and grey with a TV, Magicbricks says.

Times of India lists a home theatre for movies and sports events, karaoke sets, a 3D visualiser, gaming space and a fully equipped gym.

Hardik has picked up a fresh injury to his right shin. PTI reported that it is set to keep him out of competitive cricket for at least three weeks, which includes the New Zealand tour. He was dropped from the India A squad for the Australia A series in Puducherry, Outlook India reported. The same shin problem had earlier ruled him out of the Afghanistan ODIs and T20Is.
