Hajj package bookings will begin on 15 Ramadan, giving registered applicants time to review and select from a range of service packages offered by licensed providers.
In this initial phase, priority is being given to individuals who have never performed Hajj before. Registration will remain open until the end of Shawwal. If slots remain available after accommodating first-time pilgrims, other eligible applicants may also be allowed to book packages.
To qualify, applicants must be at least 15 years old as per the Gregorian calendar and meet all health requirements specified by the ministry. Residents must also hold a valid residency permit, with preference given to those whose permits have been valid for more than one year.
How to Register and Book Hajj Packages
Pilgrims must complete the registration process individually, as group or third-party registrations are not allowed. Applicants need to create an account on the Nusuk platform or mobile app, fill in their personal details, and undergo eligibility verification.Once approved, they can select their preferred Hajj package from licensed service providers listed on the platform. Payment must be made through the Sadaad payment system to secure an official Hajj permit. The ministry has emphasized that all bookings and contracts must be completed exclusively through licensed companies available on the Nusuk platform.
Authorities have urged prospective pilgrims to register early to improve their chances of securing preferred packages. Assistance is available through the Nusuk platform or via the helpline number 1966.
The early opening of domestic Hajj registration reflects Saudi Arabia’s efforts to streamline the pilgrimage planning process. By prioritizing first-time pilgrims and using digital platforms like Nusuk, the Kingdom aims to simplify applications, reduce errors, and improve coordination between pilgrims and service providers. This initiative also aligns with Saudi Arabia’s broader push toward digital transformation in religious tourism.
The registration rollout coincides with ongoing international preparations, including the issuance of visas for overseas pilgrims, which began in February as part of Hajj 2026 arrangements.
