Guru Gobind Singh Jayanti 2022: This year will celebrate the 355th anniversary of Guru Gobind Singh's birth, making him one of the most inspiring persons to have ever lived. Today, December 29, is the 2022 Guru Gobind Singh Jayanti.

Guru Gobind Singh earned the title of Dashmesh pita and became the tenth Sikh guru. A five-fold concept was introduced by him in Sikhism: Kanga, Kesh, Kachera, Kara, and Kirpan. The ninth Sikh Guru Teg Bahadur and Mata Gujri welcomed Gobind Rai into the world in Patna Sahib, Bihar, on January 1st (Paush), 1666, according to the Sikh calendar (Nanakshahi).
