India Post GDS result 2022 declared for Assam, Uttarakhand, here's how to check list

India Post today released the list of candidates who have been selected for the post of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) for Assam and Uttarakhand circles. Names of the candidates that have been released will now have to go through the Document Verification (DV) round. Candidates are to get their required documents, as specified on the website, to the concerned divisional head of their specified area, before the 30th Of June 2022.

Candidates who had applied for the post of GDS, Branch Post Master (BPM), and Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM) can check their names online on the official India Post website. The candidates do not need any login credentials.

Procedure to access the website is as follows:

1. Type the India Post website www.indiapostgdsonline.gov.in on Google and search.
2. On the India Post home page that opens, please click on “Candidates Corner”.
3. There will be a slide-out with the options “Assam/Uttarakhand”. Click on the applicable state.
4. A PDF file opens with a list of names and registration numbers alongside.
5. Check for your name and registration. If your name is displayed, please “download PDF” and take a print of the list for future use.

India Post which is the statutory Department of Posts, Government of India, under the Ministry of Communications and Technology, is in the process of recruiting 352 candidates for Uttarakhand Post Circle and 1138 candidates for Assam Post Circle.
