In the video, Saraswat begins his visit by seeking permission to enter the property. As the gates open, a fleet of luxury cars, including a 1936 vintage Mercedes, comes into view. Inside the home, gold detailing can be seen on nearly every surface.

“I can see a lot of gold,” Saraswat says during the tour. The homeowner responds, “This is our original 24-carat gold.” Saraswat later adds, “Even the sockets are made of gold.”

Ten bedrooms and a gaushala

The couple gives a full tour of the house, revealing that it has ten bedrooms and even includes a gaushala (cow shelter) on the premises. When asked about his background, the homeowner describes his business journey from humble beginnings.

“We had just one petrol pump for a family of 25,” he says. “I realised survival will be tough… so I entered government contractorship. We make roads, bridges, and buildings for the government. We are making a 300-room hotel now. That’s my growth journey.”
