In the video, Ms. Meloni was seen speaking to Finnish President Alexander Stubb. She rolled her eyes and mimicked checking a watch as time passed beyond the scheduled start. Another individual, standing with Ms. Meloni and Mr. Stubb, checked the time on his phone, prompting another eye roll from the Italian Prime Minister, who then noticed the cameras filming the moment.

It highlights the delay, showing Mr. Biden and Mr. Stoltenberg finally starting the day's proceedings at 10:40 am.
