Gender reveal gone wrong! Pregnant woman uses pinky confetti, forgets boyfriend is colour-blind

A pregnant woman's gender reveal party went wrong after the lady forgot that her boyfriend is colour blind.

The lady had used pink confetti to reveal the gender, however, she missed on the most crucial detail that her boyfriend cannot distinguish between the colours.

The reveal might have turned out to be a big bummer but the video posted by the lady on her social media grabbed people’s attention and collected over a million views.


The video posted on social media shows the pair being showered with pink confetti. At that moment, the boyfriend turns and asks the woman "what is it?"

The text in that video read, “Not me forgetting my boyfriend is colour-blind during our gender reveal.”

The couple could be seen laughing their hearts out in that video after the incident.

“He was completely fine with it. He just wanted to know whether it was a girl or boy, he is very laid-back and easy-going, so something like that didn’t bother him at all,” TNN quoted Cowan (the pregnant woman) as saying.

“We were convinced it was a boy so to find out that it was going to be a girl was a complete shock, but we are super excited to become parents,” she added.

The viewers could not resist and keep commenting and enjoying it.

A social media user wrote, “It’s the fact he still did a gender reveal even tho he knew he was color blind,” a user wrote.
