Gautam Adani shares first photos from son Jeet Adani & Diva Shah's simple wedding ceremony in Ahmedabad

Jeet Adani, the younger son of business magnate Gautam Adani, married Diva Shah in a simple and private ceremony held in Ahmedabad on Friday.

Sharing the first pictures of the event, Gautam Adani took to social media platform X, expressing his joy and blessings for the newlyweds.

"With the blessings of the Almighty, Jeet and Diva have tied the knot in the sacred bond of marriage today. This wedding took place today in Ahmedabad, among loved ones, with traditional rituals and a joyous spirit," Adani wrote in his post.



He further apologised for not being able to invite all well-wishers to the event, explaining that it was a small, private ceremony.

"It was a small and very private ceremony, so unfortunately, we could not invite all well-wishers, for which I apologize. I sincerely seek your love and blessings for my daughter Diva and Jeet," he added.


The Adani family’s low-key celebration stands in contrast to the high-profile nature of their business empire, with the ceremony reflecting a more personal and intimate side of the family. The wedding has already garnered attention from both the business world and the public, who have extended their congratulations to the couple.

Business tycoon Gautam Adani kept his son Jeet Adani's wedding simple, donating a significant Rs 10,000 crore towards various social causes. The funds will be used to create a network of world-class, affordable hospitals and medical colleges, K-12 schools, and advanced skill academies with guaranteed employment opportunities, reported PTI citing sources.

The wedding ceremony, held at Shantigram, followed Jain traditions and was attended by a select group of family and friends, with no celebrities or public figures present, the news agency futher reported.

According to PTI sources, Adani will host a reception for his employees on Saturday.

Jeet Adani, a director at Adani Airports and an engineering graduate from the University of Pennsylvania, has been with the Adani Group since 2019. His bride, Diva Jaimin Shah, is the daughter of diamond merchant Jaimin Shah, co-owner of C Dinesh and Co Pvt Ltd.
